Know any good childcare in East London?

I am new in this forum. I don't know if this is the right thread to post into. I was wondering if anyone knows any good childcare centre/carer in East London Area? My baby will be just a month.

Have you asked your Health Visitor about Childcare arrangements in your area? It might be a good place to start. Or you could look at your local council's website see if they have any information there.

Sorry I couldn't be more help but that's all I can think of for the time being.
