Ah it feels so good to be back

Just a quick recap but i was first here in November 07 but unfortunately we lost baby at 11 weeks on 31.12.07.

I am so excited to be pg again but also very scared. I know i need to look at this as a new pregnancy and thats what i'm going to do.

So how is everyone?

Hi

I feel fine so far. Just have the occasional feeling of nausea. I'm back to being in bed for around 9pm lol, just so tired of an evening.

Other than that nothing else has changed, yet.

The last time i finally put a ticker on after 10 weeks and i m/c a week later. I know its silly of me to think that a simple ticker is gonna cause probs but i dont want to tempt fate again

Does anyone ever get back in touch with Cherri to say whether she was right or wrong? Hmm just thought about that there...

mine was, and sounds horrible. but it was your body
gettin ready for this lil bean hehe.. dont mean that to
sound bad atall babe, thats how i got over my m/c

Hiya

Yeah previous pregnancy was my first. Took us just over a year to conceive, was starting to get worried that there was something wrong with one of us.

I'm pleased its happened quite quickly afterwards as its so difficult not to feel so rock bottom at times after a m/c.

I've only told my Sister and my best friend (i wasn't going to but i'm just so close to them i need to talk about it)

My mam is on hols at the min and dont know whether to wait until i have some form of reassurance before i tell her again.

I've got a Midwife apt next Thurs at 10am. I never got to make my last one as they couldn't book me in until Jan even though i rang up in Nov

Have you told many people?
Have you had your midwife appointment?

Had my first app on wednesday, was ok, didnt do much just some blood tests.. and booked me into hospital (well refered)

I've told 2 of my closest friends.. it was hard not to tell one of them, as she was there when i did the test hehe.. (you know who you are lol)

So i couldnt really hide the "pregnant" bit hehe...

I'm thinkin of tellin my dad tonite.. i duno why but just got the urge to. i hate thinkin things from him, as were really close. but so frightened of his reaction...
