The children I look after are allowed to watch up to an hour of TV a day, usuall half an hour while I prepare lunch and half an hour while I prepare tea.
Cbeebies is shockingly awful! It has the most irritating programs and as far as I can see, nothing educational about them at all!
Cartoonito has far too many adult adverts.
The best I've found is Disney Junior. There's always a message or theme behind the programs, from hygiene to car safety to feelings.
