Hubby is having his annual review and hoping for a pay rise, he works so hard and out of the three in the same position he is lowest paid so we are hoping he will be at least brought inline with the others we get no help from gvnmt sp this is our last hope so i can stay off longwr with babyx i hope he does well x

thanks girls it went well apparantly so just got to wait and see as all lies on higher management but will help me relax knowing I get to spend more time with baby as am stressing about going back when he is still so young and we might not be able to afford another baby as our house is titchy x
