I have been here for over a year now, and the stuff I have learned is invaluable! I swear that if it hadn't been for this forum I would definietly be a dummy mummy!! There are things that I have come across with Thomas that I would have panicked over if it wasn't for this forum and everyones advice. I have dreamfed (although we have managed to cut it out now) and I wouldn't have known what this was, it saved our sanity in those first few months. I have tried and failed at cloth nappies (ho hum) I have learned that it isn't a sign of failure if you have to bottle feed. I have been able to share Thomas' milestones with everyone and watch all the other babies grow.
I find myself seeing something and wanting to share it with everyone even though it isn't baby related!
I have also learned to look at other peoples points of view and in some cases changed my mind on certain issues as others put their opinions over so well.
So really - sorry to ramble - I am just wanting to say a huge thank you to the mods for keeping this forum so well run, thank you to all of you for sharing your own experiences thoughts and opinions, and thank you to the friends I have made on here that share and celebrate in all the little things that make having a baby the best job in the world!!
