if you have your period, does this mean your milk supply decrease and how would you improve so that you'll become fulltime and dont bleed..Just had my period and i feel like I let my kid down for not breastfeeding that much..want to try to feed him as further months it gets but want to regret later for feeding him in short times..

I purchased milkmaid tea, does anyone try it, is it? :wall2:

I don't notice any decrease...not sure if anyone else does and could help tho?

I've breastfed Oscar from birth, he was born 29 december and my periods started start of March and my milk supply has remained the same. I'm still BFing him, and will do so until 1 year probably. My periods are very regular with the exception of the last one, but that was down to mucking about with agnus castus for a bit to help regulate hormones coz of hair loss!!

But yeah, I'm having regular periods and never any decrease in milk supply xxxx

Maria, thanks for reassuring, one more question.... are you breastfeeding fully or partially combined with formula?
..
