and for the 16 hours working a week its well worth it hun i do 16 hours a week and in total a month i get close to a grand so not bad for 16 hours a week

just so u no, tesco dont pay u 4 ur breaks so 4 workin 2 8 hr shifts ud only get paid 4,14, just incase u never knew 4 ur working tax!!!

she probably will pick up that you dont like him. This probably wont be what you want to hear but if you want her to be more comfortable with him even just for a few hours its going to have to come from you.

Sure, he is a dick, but he is her dad and when he screws up be down on him like a ton of bricks but you are going to have to have to accept the situation and make the best of it, for summers sake.

He might tire of trying to be the big man which is a shame for summer but in the event he doesnt, this wont go away.

I didnt at any point say you were in the wrong but unfortuantly when the courts get involved its not what went before but what happens next that they look at.

Like i said, it probably wasnt what you wanted hear but i was only being honest.

I dont think it will go as far as an unsupervised visit, crying is only cute for so long. Call his bluff, if all she did was cry he isnt going to want to take her out, he doesnt sound the type to cope.

Can you get an independant person to sit in on these visits?

Would some one you trust like your mum, or dad or some one close sit in on the visits, then you don't have to be in the same room as him.
I know its shi@ but even though he is a fulltime prat, the courts will give him the rights as a 'dad'.
Get the csa involved make him pay maintaince, my ex had a son and his ex got the csa involved so he would pay maint which he was anyway, but his ex moved without telling my ex, and the csa would not give out her address so he never saw his son again, (my ex died 2yrs ago) he tried to be a good dad but wasn't given the chance.
