Just had a nurse visit us

She did a questionnaire and told me I scored 15 which means I don't have PND but she thinks I'm just stressed with how things are with H.

I have scars on my wrists from when I self harmed as a teenager and she started to question me about this, made me quite uncomfortable to be honest and she must have sensed it as she then said "sorry it's just that it's my job to notice and i did notice your scars and have to ask".

Anyway to cut a long story short, she is demanding the doctor gets us prescribed something as H can not go on like she is. She is coming back out next Wednesday to see how we are again! Good god, I'm now overwhelmed with the attention rather than ignored! Seems they have finally finally started to take us seriously and can see things are not right!

I am slightly concerned she thinks I might top myself tho! She asked me some really odd stuff lol x

It's nice to have the support and I know the questions aren't very nice . The social worker visited us today and made me feel useless but it's just a support network x

She was very blunt but to be honest in situations like this I'd rather people be blunt rather than sugar coat things. Usually the nurses and doctors say "things will get better, it's just colic etc etc".

Today it was "nah she needs this sorting it's not fair, there is obviously something we need to get to the bottom off"

oh no, she wont think your gona do anything. I think these ppl stick their nose in too much when I was doing the questionaire, you had to mark a cross on a line & mines was a bit off the no line & she said i noticed thats not quite on no. I said yeah that was a mistake...she pure stared at me, as if trying to read me, I started laughing.

But yeah glad something is happening finally.
