I was watching a documentary yesterday about surrogacy ('Google Baby', I think it was called), and this very slim pretty mum lifted up her top to give herself an injection. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaargh!!! That gave me a shock! The skin on her tummy was incredibly saggy, now I am petrified this is going to happen to me!:shock::shock:

I wonder if she was that slim before pregnancy hun. My sister was back in her size 10's 2 days after birth and had perfect skin (grrrr lol). Plenty of moisturising and vitamin E cream after the birth works wonders

might be somethin totally different that pregnancy, maybe she lost weight too quick

I was a size 12 before my first baby, used to run alot and do loads of exercising and weights. Had a rough time during pregnancy and for the last 2 months couldn't really leave the house so piled the weight on, ended up a post-pregnant size 16!! I worked my butt off and got pretty much back to my pre-pregnancy size within 8 months of having my son but even though on the outside my body looked like it's old self, take my clothes off and it's a different story! I have a c-section belly and lots of stretch marks! I don't care about the stretch marks tbh, but the c-section belly gets me down. I'm hoping they will fix it if I have another section, so fingers crossed. I don't have saggy skin though! I didn't have one stretch mark til I was 8.5 months preggo! Then they appeared overnight.

Some people have their bodies go back to normal really quickly, others have to work at it, but either way your body won't be the same! Think of what it's gone through to grow a baby!!!

I don't think I've seen it in many people just from pregnancy, so there might be some other factors involved. Still... That split second: I saw myself with a saggy tum, was not happy!!!

I think I have resigned myself to the fact that my body will never be the same again... :(
I know some women do look great after childbirth, but I am guessing they are in the minority and have to work really hard at it post birth!

Eeeep!!! I've got my fetish size 6 dress I bought just before getting pregnant that I must and shall wear, it's what my dreams are made of these days!

I never thought it would be so difficult to tell how much weight I've put on. I try to assess the situation without weighing myself (that always leads to trouble), but the size of my bump dwarfs everything.

I think everybody is so different you wont know how it will effect you, From pics you posted here I dont think u look like you could ever end up big but the skin depends on the person i think

For christmas Iv asked hubby to get me vouchers for local salon that does radio frequency on ur belly to tighten the skin just to have my self covered LOL and if im lucky and escape ( which i dont think i will as i dont think i have very elastic skin) then il just use them up for pampering , win win

Try not to worry about it now hun you dont need the stress during pregnancy :-) xxx

I am very easily stressed.... You have no idea what my poor OH has to go through

Aww i know its so hard not to, bit of a worry wart my self ( hence the preempting saggy skin vouchers lol)

I know this might sound silly to a lot but I got a present of an indonisian worry family before, They were little hand made figures and you told them everything you were stressing about before you went to bed and they take the worry away for you, I found them great for helping clear the mind :-)
