just cant sleep

its 3am and i am up b/c i just cant get back to sleep. this usually starts around now in my pregnancy last pg i was up cleaning alll hours. i will be shattered tomorrow now just hope my sleep pattern returns soon.

I was the same at around your stage in pregnancy but the last few weeks i've been getting some good night's sleep Hope you do soon!

I had a crap night too, was hoping for a good one cause I was up at 8:30 yesterday and took some of my painkillers before bed and was feeling really drowsy but I just kept waking up and having weird half asleep/half awake dreams..Just had about an hours sleep on the sofa but that's all my body will seem to let me have

hoping my sleep pattern returns soon i am shattered today. from tomorrow kids off school so no really early morning rises for a week. my youngest aged 2 is in nursery today fees are paid up to end of month so using this time to pack hospital bag relax and enjoy house to myself. the silence is bliss lol
