I'd start at £85/6k

I would start £72500 only offer 3 times and make your last offer a weird amount say £96262 for example saying you have borrowed as much as you can from family etc so they really believe you have pulled all your funds. Always leave a few weeks between offers, its a battle of wills to be honest!
