just a quick update

Will do full birth story when i get a chance but just wanted to update everyone.

Cameron Elliot Stevens arrived at 8.39 on 21st August (10 days overdue) weighing 7lb4oz.

The following morning he was admitted to the neonatal care unit for a suspected infection. He was finally given the all clear and we were discharged from hospital yesterday evening.

My little man is a week old today and we are enjoying our first day at home as a proper family. After the stress and worry, it is amazing to finally be at home with him away from the hospital. Once we are settled i will write my story in full, but until then thankyou everyone for your congrats and well wishes and your support throughout my pregnancy.

Congratulations, Emily, on the birth of your little boy. What a stressful time you must have had with him in hospital the last week, I can't even imagine how hard that must have been. Very glad he is home & well now and you are enjoying time as a family. xx
