my job seekers letter came through today, saying im entitled to £45.50 a week, which is paid 2weekly.

just a queery, when should i get my first payment?

im being payed from 6/2/07

normlay 3 weeks after you ring them up i think it is i havant had js since 04 lol it might of changed

My step-son is on JSA (because he's a lazy blooming arse!) but he get's it at the same rate as you, every 2nd Friday so basically £91 per fortnight. He applied and had the first payment 2 weeks later - he took out a crisis loan to get through those first two weeks.

Just keep ringing them up lol and bugging them
