I have a job interview on Monday morning for a similar position to the one I'm in now but in the area oh & I are relocating to. I haven't had a job interview for 6 years & I am soooo unbelievably nervous.
One big question that is worrying me is what would you say your weakness is? I know there is no right or wrong answer to this but I would like to give a decent reply all the same. I don't know if I want to reply with I am a perfectionist as a few friends have suggested. Any of you girls have any suggestions? Also, If you have any other interview tips I would be really grateful :) xxx

I always try and turn a negative into a positive so I always say am a perfectionist lol , it can be bad as you take longer completing a task but its a positive as by taking longer and double checking everything you are more than likely to stop any mistakes x

Thanks Katie_lou. It's so long since I've done an interview I am seriously out of practice! xxx

Yep that's pretty much what I say too xx good luck hun xxx

I interview often and one thing I tell ppl is a lot of it is about confidence, remember u have applied because u think u can do the job, all questions will relate to the job so u should be fine - bare that in mind.

I hate the 'weakness' question as u say, a negative into a positive.

One other tip, take ur time to answer the question u have been asked. Due to nerves ppl often go off on a tangent and don't answer the original question.

Good luck lovely xx

Thanks for all the help guys. I got the job-Woo Hoo! Xxx
