Ive tried 3 different creams.. nothing is working

Bailey has got a very sore bum, im not sure if its because hes poohing so much.. but i change it every time he has a pooh and when i wipe it starts to bleed, only little spots, but its getting angry and sore now..
ive tried sudocrem, and 2 other creams cant remember the names, one begins with b..

Nothing is working and he screams when i wipe his little bottom now.. ive even stopped using wipes and gone onto water and cotton balls..

We use metanium when Rowan's bum is really sore and have found it really good. They recommended it at the hospital and you can get it from the chemist. Failing that I'd be tempted to pop him along to the docs and get something prescribed. Poor little guy

We are going through the same thing with Charlie right now. His bottom was bleeding in little spots right on the humhum.... bottom hole/crease...sorry TMI! Anyway, I rang the GP last Wednesday and asked for a tube of Timodene (has to be kept in the fridge) which I has prescribed when my C-Section scar was abit infected and Charlie had nappy rash at 6 weeks...I just ring when I need it and they sort a script. Anyway it didnt work this time, started to get sore, weeping patches so rang on Friday and the GP called back to say if the Timodene hadnt worked within 48 hours it was a different infection and prescribed a cream called Nystaform-HC which has made loads of difference in just 2 days! The redness has gone right down and the weeping sores dont seem as bad.
Charlie is cutting more of his back teeth so I think thats why he is so grumpy and sore. Ring the GP, speak to a practice nurse or your HV and see if they can prescibe something before it becomes more of a problem.

Try egg white. My MIL told me to do this and it worked for Jake. If you google it you will find that egg white is recommended by quite a few people.

Just thought id let you know faith suffers with sore a sore bottom and what really works for her and clears it up ever so quick is E45 nappy cream its brill wouldnt use anything else!

I was advised by my HV to not use wipes till Dylan was two months old just used cotton wool & water.
