nice to see you back cherry sometimes a little break from the boards/reading up on things can do the world of good - ignorance is bliss as they say! I agree with you tri 1 can be a really scary place, it does get easier though as your pregnancy progresses, and the time will start to go more
quickly as you approach the end of the trimester. Have you thought about paying for a private scan for some reassurance? x x

Hi Bella, OH and I decided not to pay for a private scan because if they cant find a heartbeat this early on, I will worry myself sick and make things worse. Also, OH doesnt think its worth the expense as weve just lent a friend some money and also paid £200 on the cat!

Ahh, that's fair enough. Well I'm sure your 12 week scan will be here in no time, just try to keep busy and limit your googling - google is EVIL! In the meantime there's always lots of support here on PF x x

I very rarely google and its all rubbish and Ive been to the Drs twice. Its just my hormones run away with me and I get upset. Ive also not read anything on here with blood, loss, scared etc in the title if I can help it

good idea hon - just focus on the positives - I sometimes pop into tri 2 & 3 to read positive posts there x x
