In my foof!! I'm in so much pain!!! It hurts to move my legs at all. I really have got to start slowing down! My poor foof though! Lmao x

Oh dear, is it right at the front? Cause that's where your symphysis pubis joint sits, might be ligament pain? It's just like pulling a muscle. Take it easy chick!

Yeah it is right at the front! I've tried having a hot bath and everything but still no better and i have to go out later for my friends 21st! I feel like crying! xxx

I'm already home! I'm in so much pain when ever I move I just wantto cry I feel so sorry for myself lol. My feet have all swollen up now as well. Today is turning outto be a crappy day!! Xx

I don't think it was a muscle I pulled now after the responses on here I think it might be SPD x

Are you sure its not your pubic bone? It can separate I think, something to do with SPD. Mention it to your midwife or see your GP, they will refer you to a physio

I know I can't believe it either! I feel fine thank you I had a few niggles last week but haven't had any for days now so I think she may be late xxx

I think it might be spd after consulting google and here it just felt like a pop lik when you pull a muscle but it is my pubic bone I think xx
