I've just been to the gym!
I've not been in a while but did go for the occasional run and spinning class before. This time I took it easy as I know you shouldn't get too hot - 20 mins on the cross trainer, 20 mins cycling and 20 fast walking on an incline on the treadmill.
Going to go 3 times a week for as long as I can. One of my friends recently told me after a 36 hour labour that the pain wasn't as horrific as she thought it would be but it was definitely more of an endurance test and she's as fit as a fiddle
