Itchy red rash .....

on the back of my hands and the top of my feet - anyone else had this - it's so itchy it's doing my head in.

Can anyone recommend anything for this or do I need to get it checked out?

I'd see the doctor, they can give you cream!

I had this on my arms, and on my thighs (nice). I saw the doc and they checked my bloods to make sure I didn't have OC. Ended up with some cream, which smells like a primary school (a mixture of crayons and playdough).
Probably best to get it checked out.
