Had a lovely lunch with a friend today. Walking back to the office we were having a giggle about something, and also of a sudden...a little bit of wee came out!

I was mortified - but didn't say anything, obviously!!

Is this now what I've got to look forward to for the next 8 weeks..!? ha ha!

yep been doing that for a while hun. lol. If I sneeze, cough, laugh to hard or strain to get up from something. lol. Not had the poo issue though BB. x

ha this has only happened a couple of times when ive sneezed, i keep telling myself ill be really good with my pelvic floors but keep forgetting!!

Nope not joking, mw has asked me this a couple of times at appointments, something to do with pressure or loss of control in the sphincter. Dunno if it's cos I have ibs or if the woman has some kind of fixation with it. I might say yes next time and see what her reaction is lmao

haha my bloody sphincter isnt letting anything out so i dont think i need to worry about that for now!

please tell her its happened lol ive heard that after birth it can happen but didnt know it could happen before- come on sphincter please stay strong !!
