hi everyone just a quick question im pregnant i think im bout
6 or 7 wks is it safe to lay on my tummy will it do any harm pls
help as this worries me xx

No it wont do any harm as long as you feel comfortable still, do it, your body will let you know when to stop laying on your belly.

lay on your belly as long as you can if you prefer to lay that way! I really miss it now!!
