Is this normal ?

Well got BFP on tues and i will be 5 weeks tomorrow but last night i was up through the night a few times with diarrhoea then this morning again then today been feeling sick on and off all day and had cramps in my stomach and lower back nothing too painful but they are there.
I had m/c in november and im just worrying over everything i wont even go into first tri just incase it happens again do you think im just feeling a bit off with being ill through the night and is it normal for cramps ?
