IS THIS A BFP - IN NEED OF ADVICE!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

hiya the first does look like a bfp however (sorry to be so negative but i have to be honest) i did those test before and the amount of false positives ive had from them is mental i still have pics of them if u want to compare let me know.
Even if u wait 5 mins u will get a faint line so i must say dont trust these tests.
Try a brand test (first response is good), hope the first test was right for u hun.

HI, thanks for all the replies. I did a cleablue digital this morning and it gave a BFN. Maybe these test strips are a bunch of crap?!!!!!! jemz, could i compare some pics of your false positives to see if they are the same as mine? I must say, I am truly gutted....DH said we just have to accept it is BFN for now, I think my PD is due tomorrow, could it be that the digi just didnt pick up the levels as they are so low if I am actually PG? But then I thought, that if those strips show something, then the clearblue digi HAS TO!!!

Oh well,,, i keep hoping....i just wish i could get my mind off it........

these were the fake ones. i would say they are terrible tests dissapointed me a lot of times.
But this is not to say yours is not a bfp hun, a digi may not always pick up so early, leave it a few days then test hun.

Reading you footer you are still only 9 days past OV? That is still really early. IIRC Clearblue digital is 25mlu the internet cheapies are I believe 10mlu so are more sensitive. I wouldn't rule out you being PG. I would wait until you are a day late which from what I have read you are still not due on yet? Then test again. But don't lose hope yet. Good luck and here to AF staying away!!!.

Thanks for all you advice guys. I did three more cheapies today, 2 showed a faint line at 15 mins and the other showed nothing. Thank god they have all gone now!!! The worrying thing is, these tests are the exact same ones i use at work to test on young women (i'm a youth worker). We get them from Passante medicheck healthcare so you would assume they are 100% accurate. All I can do is try and calm down and stop myself from going completely mad. i'm not even sure if my OV date is absolutely right, but either vway, it is very early days, if this does turn out to BFN, i am def NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER testing early again, this is just too much.

ok, so its cd25, and i expected my period today, but there is no sign of it yet (finger crossed!) I'm gonna with hold from doing anymore tests for a couple of days well i'll try my best anyway!!!

Ive read up that burping can be an early sign...i never really burp, but for the last week and a bit, ive woke up burping, gone to sleep burping and burped every when else in between, i also am extremely tired and feel quesy for the past two days, thoughi dont know if this is my head, since this is all driving me crazy!!!!!!

Ive read so much advice and different opinions on tests, early signs etc, that i dont know which ones to go by!!! One min i'm convinced i'm PG, the next i read something else and i think i'm not. I know the best thing is to just ride this week out and wait for AF and test on fri for sure if there is no sign. Has anyone else been through this utter frustration, cos i'm also worried that my pd will come late from all this anxiety of i'm not pg, meaning i'll have to wait even longer!!!!!!!!

Good luck - I must admit if you were me I wouldn't be able to stop myself testing tomorrow morning. I bought a load of First response ones, but I only got those because they were 3 for the price of 2 packs on BOGOF in boots.

I have started spotting today / last night. Though that is incredibly early for me I was really expecting to come on tomorrow at 26days, I am normally either 26 or 27 days. I don't normally spot like this at all it is a slight wipe then wham! if you know what I mean. So I am clinging to the vague hope it is implantation bleeding (what on earth am I like!).

All you symptons sound really positive. Hope it is a BFP and a sticky.

My earliest symptom was I kept burping, I hope its a bfp

I had a faint BFP using a First Response test approximately 12 dpo, but then got BFN on a clearblue digi. Waited til 15 dpo and got a BFP on a digital test! Same day, I used a poundshop 2 for a quid test and got a BFP on that too. The sensitivity varies quite dramatically I find...

Try and leave it a couple of days and test again

STILL no AF. Thought i was due on yesterday. By my calculations, i am now only 11 days pass OV. has anyone tested at this pojnt with a BFN only to find it a BFP a fews day later or should i be able to get a BFP by now?

I think Af is def on here way. Just went to loo and very small amount of dark brown/red blood (sorry tmi!) which i think is PD on its way. I cant believe those cheapie test strips!!!!!!! i will never use them again!!!!

Oh I am so sorry. There is always a line when I hold my ebay cheapies to the light but it has no colour. That first test was really disappointing though

If its any help, i got a bfp with those cheapies at 7dpo (!!!) it was faint but there, then on the day i was due i had a little browny red bleed, and i now have a bouncing gorgeous boy!!!!

Hows it going now Curly? AF turned up this morning right on time! I don't know what that 36hrs of spotting we about, I have not spotted like that before. AF is also lighter than normal I am only on my second super tampon today, the first one lasting 11-12hrs!!! Heres hoping yours stays just as spotting and is just implantation bleeding.

Sorry to hear that Nicky. I wonder if all this stress we put ourselves under with the 2ww makes our body do funny things. Still no real sign of AF yet. promise to keep you all posted. x
