Although I know from experience that sometimes it's just natures way.
But here's some advice you get once your have miscarried 3 or more times AND it has been proven to HELP.
One; Take good care of yourself and eat a healthy diet.
Two; Avoid Caffine as linked to miscarriage (only 2 small cups of tea/coffee or fizzy juice with caffine, ie coke..in a Day.
Three; Avoid drinks that say caffine free, as the miscarriage society have not done enough reasearch into the substitute they use for caffine and the effects on the feotus.
Four; Avoid all the usual stuff the government suggest....smoking, drugs, drink, pate, etc, etc,
Five; Take your folic acid from TTC until your 12 weeks as it give your baby a 75% increased protection against spinabiffida.
Simple steps but this is advice the specialist miscarriage unit has given me and other mums who have lost before......
The most important thing to remember is....MOST woman go through pregnancy with NO issues what so ever and have happy healthy babies.
So try to relax and enjoy it....... Most of what the ladies above have said is very true..... But i believe if we can give our bodies a little help by looking after ourselves, then we have done all we can.
Welcome to the world of worry.... but it's all so worth it in the end
