Ha... I don't know what it is, but it is always under my right rib. OUCH! Is there anything I can do? I can barely breathe sometimes!

You could try going on all fours, that gives the baby more room to move or if you can feel it from the outside try to gently move it yourself!

You could roll on an excercise ball if you have one. You could also try a cold fizzy drink or something with sugar in maybe? :D

Oh god! I found a miracle way of getting around this!! If you kneel on the floor with your back against the couch and arch your back quite far, it should release the foot/arm or whatever it is that's stuck.

Sometimes though (sorry if this is gross) but it feels like a "pop" when they release because it grates against your rib and there's a sudden release! Urgh :puke: xx

Hey Dannii that's brilliant advice I have had this too for a month now and didn't know how to stop it, I'm going to give that a go!

Thanks! I will try these things when I get home because I feel sort of silly in the office! :D My lowest rib seems to be the baby's favourite hang out... Lucky me! It even goes numb sometimes. I can feel that rib sticking out more that the one on the other side and he/she is very stubborn about wanting to stay there!
