is sudafed safe in pregnancy?

i have a cold and i have taken just 1 sudafed tablet? is this ok? some sites are saying its fine (it has pseudoephedrine in it) n some are not?

anyone takin it im worried now.. im 26 wks pg!

I would go to your GP before taking anything other than paracetomol.

Don't worry now you have taken one...there's nothing you can do about it now, before taking anything else though, I'd talk to your GP.

I got told to just take paracitamol, but if you just had the one it should be ok ring your GP or MW if you are worried.
