Is my LO gaining too much weight?

I know this may sound stupid as I was told you cannot over feed a breastfed baby but he was born weighing 7lb 4oz and is now nearly 7 weeks old and weighs a whopping 11lb 7oz :-O

Apparently bf babies put on weight rapidly then it tapers off after a few months xx

B was 7.10 born and 12lb by 12 weeks but since then at 16 weeks she was only 13lb x

M was 7lb 15oz at birth then at 7 weeks was 11lb 8.5oz. Like Sally said bf put weight on quickly then it slows down xx

My LO is piling on the pounds but I've been told the same, that he'll lie it on for the next few weeks then it tapers off. I love a little chunk. x
