Is it a contraction??

So last night andirons had two really strong pains in my back and bump that lasted a couple of minutes each and all through the night I've had really sore period like pains that are now coming every few minutes. They are sore but not agonisingly sore. Would I be right in thinking these are not contractions?? Not very sure what to do!! Should I phone and ask or just sit it put? Also really feel the need to poo but can't! (sorry tmi!) xx

These sound exactly like what I am having now and the hospital said to call back in a couple of hours and put a pad on they said to stay at home until I can;t cope anymore lol

I would call them if you can
