interfering in laws

well ladies i've been up my nans today and harry was being fed i ebf so there is only me that can feed him, bearing in mind he's having a growth spurt so he wants to feed all the time, she keeps telling me to put him on a bottle, we had a bit of a rough night last night he slept for 2 hrs then wanted changing and feeding, where as last week he was going 6 hrs it really fucking annoys me that she doubts my ability to feed my son why can she not just back off and let me raise him how i want to.

when harry was 5 days old he was cluster feeding and i wasnt producing enough for him at the time so i nearly put him on a bottle just for my sanity but then i tried it the next day and he fed fine and has ever since, it's not like he's putting on less weight than he should, he's putting on 6.5oz every week and the health visitor said that he's a perfectly happy baby and i'm doing brilliantly so why does she have to doubt me?

Oh Hun sorry your family won't back off. Even for me as ff mum I still get family interfering guess its just their way of keeping involved !! U r doing amazing though Hun so try not to let it get to u xxx

thanks ladies u'd of thought that she would support me but no she has to critise me for bf i think that because she failed all those years ago ( she had colic and was a very hungry baby ect) i'm gonna fail every one out of my side of the family bf or gave it a damn good go before giving up on it, some days i dread going up there because of the snide comments and her always judging me and telling me how to raise my son!
