Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Does anyone know if its safe to continue with intensive workouts during the TWW? E.g. weight lighting, body pump, bootcamp classes etc. I spoke to my PT who said it was perfectly safe but have read some conflicting articles online.
I think its fine but did read somewhere that intensive exercise in men can affect sperm production....altho this was not on a nhs website. As long as you are keeping well hydrated ylu should be fine X
Was wondering that too! I like to do a couple really intense workouts per week, as well as a couple "normal" but not killer ones. I have a friend who is training for a marathon and her LP is short and she thinks the training may be why. I'm also wondering if I should take it back a step in my TWW, but it seems like it's ok. My doc said once I'm pregnant to take my workouts back by 25% as the body needs energy and strength to grow the little bean.
Great, thanks guys! I only rejoined the gym a couple of weeks ago after 6 months off so thought perhaps the sudden change in the amount of exercise I've been doing could have a negative effect on my chance of conceiving/implanting etc. Will push through as usual! x
