Insurance rant

[Mamafy]

Well my son (19) grabbed the other laptop by the screen and cracked it So obviously it wouldn't work so I rang the insurance company who told me to take it to a Computer repair shop to make sure it wasn't a Manufacturer fault, of course it wasn't Paid £20 for this, well son did obviously

Rang them back and told them blah blah so they said they'd send a courier to collect it (about 3 weeks ago!) so it came back a week and a half ago, brand new shiny screen and new keyboard as there was 1 key missing.

Turned it on and hal the keyboard buttons wouldn't work sO rang them back and they've had it again now over a week

It better be fixed this time because Mamafy doesn't share laptops

You'd think they'd at least test it before sending it back! Not exactly a complicated thing to check either

they tried to tell me it was a Manufacturer's fault, well Derrrrr I got the machine independantedly tested before I sent it to you's

I had a similar problem once when tea was spilt over mine, that has to be a manufacturing floor! everything should be tea resistant... Good news is though they had stoped making my laptop so I got a newer one as a replacement

An hour!! theres borrowing something and there is taking the piss like!! a hour!!! I would get withdrwals in an hour! xx
