so we're team blue which is fantastic, however i'm seriously struggling to think of names for our little boy. I had loads of girls names we liked but the list for our boy is very small!!

we'd like a first and middle name, our surname is Hewett.

We're after something fairly traditional, a little less obvious potentially, so old but with a modern twist but nothing too out there.

I love Harry but that doesn't go with your surname.

Others we've though of are Thomas, I really like Seth but hubby is not so keen .. and er.. that's it!

ruled out Daniel, Christopher am really lost!

Anyone suggestions appreciated.

Micheal Harry Hewitt? Mikey for short. I'm no good with picking names for others lol

Benjamin, William (perhaps Billy for short?), Arthur, Findlay, Hugo, Hector, Alexander, Luke, James.

Me and OH both love Harry but can't use it as that's his little brother's name and we made a rule not to name after family members!

Sebastian (seb), Jonathan (Johnny) , James (jimi) - modern twist in brackets lol x

Could use Harrison rather than Harry, a twist on tradition? We have a Max so I obviously love that name but I also like William, Freddie, Oscar, Theo, Alfie, Jackson, Joshua, Samuel. Some of those are traditional with a twist :) xxx

When we thought we were having a boy he was going to be James. My son is Jack Connor, not as common as a name as it seems it is every where else. I Really love the name Ben too. It's my nephews name :)

I like Harry Hewitt! Some same letter names go and I think yours does. My surname defo doesn't go with my Harry. He'd be Harry Herrington!!!! I wouldn't even let them write it on his little cot card (he has OH's surname) in hospital and cringe when I see it in his red book lol.

My Nephew is Harvey Hughes.

I also have a Jack if that's any help x

James was the only name we ever liked for a boy!

Not sure James Hewitt is a good name though

xxxxx

Lol at James Hewett.

Thanks all plenty to think about. I quite like Archie (my grandad was Archibald!) also really like Alfie (my dad's middle name is Arthur).

I suppose at least we're not arguing about it which could've happened if we had too much choice
