So it's 3:40am & have given up trying to get to sleep, so tired but sleep is just eluding me. I know this is my body's way of getting ready for baby, but I really would feel more ready if I could get some extra sleep, just feel so bloody uncomfortable in bed. Feel quite sick when I'm lying down, not sure if it's indigestion etc, any suggestions welcome

Ditto! I've just given up and come downstairs. Bed at 10, still awake at 12 then woke at 3am, been awake since. Busy day at work ahead today too :(

I'm with you too, no tips I'm afraid I can only offer company haha.
I came up to bed at 10 last night still wasn't asleep at 4am, so frustrating when I'm so tired just can't sleep, I spent the night downstairs because OH isn't well and didn't want to keep him awake, worst thing is I begin to struggle by about 3pm

If you don't already - get yourself a toddler! Works wonders  I had insomnia when pregnant with him but my god I annoy myself if I wake for a wee now  sleep like a log every night haha

Feel your pain, I'm on holiday and have been up watching TV in the tiny chalet lounge since 5am :( the only advice I can give is I have a white noise app that helps me get off to sleep at night- its called white noise lite and it has all sorts noises, I particularly like the rain ones :D however that doesn't help me get to sleep in a bright room at 5am with seagulls outside my window lol.

I feel your pain. I've not been to bad the last week or so. I think I'm that tired with cleaning and watching the kids I'm in bed for 8.30 most nights. I do got to the toilet about 10 times to.

But I use to suffer insomnia most night especially whilst I was still at work my body wouldn't shut down.

Hope it gets better for you soon xx
