Ok so will try to keep this brief..

I got what I thought was my first AF since my miscarriage on 2nd Sept, it finished on the following Thursday, wasn't as heavy as normal. Had a bit of brown stuff fri and sat, then sunday had some more brown/red blood. Then it cleared up again to just leave some brown stuff. On Wednesday night woke up with period type cramps, had these all night til the morning. Got up had abit more blood and then passed what I think was some leftovers from MC. Spoke to EPAC they weren't worried unless I am ill or unusual discharge etc.
Had some more brown stuff and then a bit more brown/red blood fri evening and some more brown/red blood on Saturday. Today I've just had some tan coloured stuff.

Not sure whether it was wise but googled infection etc.
Unsure whether to phone docs tomoz for advise as to whether I could have infection or whether to wait a few more days incase it's just a bit left from the bleeding yesterday.

:wall2:

It took WEEKS for my bleeding to stop. I never had the 20 bleed free days either before AF. It would be a couple of days bleeding then stop. Then a day or 2 of nothing then again bleeding. Then nothing. For weeks. Then bled heavily for about 4 or 5 days which I said was AF but only my GP who has common sense agreed with me on due to mood swings and spots. Lo and behold I ovulated 14 days later and my next AF has come bang on time as predicted.

If you feel ok in yourself I would imagine it's just normal but if you start to feel unwell tahts when you need to speak to someone or phone 111. Otherwise it's just a horrible storm to ride. Hopefully be over soon!

:hugs: I hope it's not an infection and that things will start to clear up for you

Thanks for replies, I decided to call my doctors for advice, they asked to drop in a wee sample. Will call me if any problems :)

FX for the all clear on those results!

Hello, Mrs. LK! There are some symptoms of infection after miscarriage. Some of these are pelvic pain, bleeding, and cramping associated with fever. I think you are right that you will ask your doctor.
