Indigestion?

Hum, think I am experiencing for the first time ever indigestion... started off yesterday with getting cramps in my belly (just under the rips). Went away so (lucky for me, cos was going to the opera yesterday!) and now am sitting at work with a bloated belly and crampy upper tummy again... is it just me or anyone else experiencing that? any cures? best one of course would be to go home and
