indigestion and heartburn.....

Hello all
I'm suffering really badly from heartburn and indigestion its keeping me awake most of the night( 4am it finally went this morning) i'm shattered!!!!
I'm struggling to cope and i'm in tears with it some nights
Any suggestions?

I've tried everything from the chemist, doctor gave me some magnesium but all this only helps for about 10 mins.

I used to drink milk by the gallon... gaviscon worked a treat too..

failing that im not sure sorry..

i know its a horrid thing to have as well, and im glad im never gonna have it again .. lol

yeah meant to say i'm drinking milk by the gallon too its costing me a fortune lol but its only temporary.

Even doc couldnt help.

gaviscon,tions of milk, also make sure you're raised up a little in bed,it's worse if you lie flat

I get it every single blooming day, I even wake up with it Makes me dead cross and grumpy I tell ya!

Gaviscon and milk by the gallon in my house too although Gaviscon just makes me want to gag

Milk makes me worse as it curdles with my stomach acid, i find gaviscon works all be it briefly and then sleeping as sitting up as i can padded with pillows is the only other thing i can do
