Implantation bleeding or losing the baby? (TMI PIC)

I don’t know how far along I am but I’m only just getting medium-faint lines on 10IU tests but I started bleeding today after a bit of cramping, I know the picture is disgusting but I’m just wondering if anyone could tell me if it’s implantation bleeding or if I’m losing my baby...

Implantation bleeding is more like spotting or sometimes brown blood when you wipe. Red blood is usually a sign of something other than implantation. If you fill a pad in less than an hour, Early Pregnancy will probably have you in for a check. If it's not that much, still give them a phone but they are unlikely to do so unless you're also in pain. Fingers crossed it's nothing but definitely phone the hospital and ask for early pregnancy assessment.

Hey hun, As teachermummy said implantation bleeding is brownish colour that looks more red. Speak with your hospital they will be happy to help x

I’ve rang the hospital, just waiting for a call back I’m so upset, we’ve been trying for so long and we finally got some positives, now this
