i'm sooooooooooo proud of Louie

for the last week we have been putting Louie to bed in his cot, rather than him falling assleep downstairs with a bottle
we've been putting him up at 8 pm, after 7 pm bath, stories & milk, most nights hes cried & i've stroked his head to get him off, well tonight he wasn't even that tired, so i thought hes not gonna go to sleep tonight.

took him up at 8.30 instead, put him down & he kept crying, so i went back in & re settled him every few mins, well on the 4th or so go, he rolled over & seemed to accept it & ..............went to sleep on his own

i am sooo pleased, i know hes 11 months tomorrow & should be going to sleep on his own, but i'm so chuffed, just hope he keeps it up

I have just done that with my 11 month old and it's worked too. You'd think I would have done it before now as I did the same thing with my other 2 lol. I'm pleased its worked for you.
