that i want to cry..i cannot drive cos my belly is too big and my leg are too short to reach the pedals. I cannot go for walks cos its hurts so much. I want this baby out so much that i feel like crying. all my friends has had their babies. Im not due until friday but i cannot imagine myself going over due cos ill go crazy :wall: sorry for moaning..

Awwwwww Roxanne.......i think you need these                                I am sorry to hear your frustration. Its no consolation if you are feeling down, but even if you go overdue then your precious LO will have been worth the wait.

I can't make any suggestions but wanted to give you big hugs

I know how you feel hun, at this stage you are just so fed up and knackered all the time. Have a big hug

I know how you feel hun. I'm in so much pain and i'm walking round like a duck. Everyone around me is having thier babies before me and i'm happy for them but a little bit jelous. I spoke to my friend yesterday who was so fed up and she was due on 28th then got a text this morning saying she had taken castor oil last night and had her baby this morning.

But isn't their a risk taking castor oil? Not sure exactly what it is though.

I know you get fed up waiting but your better waiting until baby is ready to come out rather than forcing labour on, well in my opinion anyways!

im scared to take castor oil cos apparantely contractions come in really quickly and painful with it..

Found this:

The real danger lies in the mother when using castor oil for labor induction. With the severity of the diarrhea, a laboring woman can quickly become dehydrated. Especially in a typically highly managed hospital birth where a woman is allowed few fluids. Dehydration makes one tired and less able to endure through physical activity. Plus, not only does this endanger breastfeeding (proper hydration is necessary to make adequate milk), but a dehydrated uterus is an aggravated uterus, and an aggravated uterus causes more pain for the mother. More pain makes a woman less able to handle natural child birth and puts her and the baby at increased risk for a snowball of interventions.

I'd think it's best to wait until bubs is ready to come out, i know it's uncomfy and you're constantly knackered, but it's best for baby!

No I don't fancy taking myself either, I'm to scared. Don't want to have diarrea in labour.

Can you imagine the explosions?

Roxanne some      for you, hopefully not too long now.

Id agree Vicki!!

I think babies will come when they are ready, I was only 2 days overdue but its still damn frustrating!

Just hold on in there babe, it wont be long now. Enjoy your last few days of pregnancy cos you will miss your bump, well I did for a bit anyway!

Keep your chin up Roxanne - we're in a very similar mood & are almost due same day.......my bump doesn't want to budge just yet & I can't see the finish line!

I keep thinking "GIVE ME A SIGN!" :x

I bet you beat me to the finish line anyway!

I'm due on Thursday and starting to feel the same - don't feel like this baby has any intention of coming!
H

Well itried to be brave today and went for a walk..it only took me five minutes until i decided it was a bad idea..started getting a cramp like feeling on the side of my belly and i said better go back home since i live in the middle of no where and i was all alone. had a couple of BH yesterday..so fingers crossed..

Still no sign for me roxanne!
Had a quiet day, but still tried to do ENOUGH to provoke something - ie, stayed on my feet hoovering/ tidying & cooking but "baby said NO!"

Started taking raspberry leaf tablets three times a day - its softens the cervix apparently..... I'll keep you informed!

You have become my first thought in the morning "I wonder if it's happened for Roxanne yet?" cos you're just one day ahead, I kinda think that when it happens for you I can start to think its MY turn.

well idane i think youre going to be earlier than me..i can feel it in my waters that this baby is going to take ages to come out..had sex yesterday..nothing..bounced on my ball ..nothing..went for a walk..nothing..i dont know what to do so all im doing now is waiting patiently. am going to a party tonight cant bear another evening at home waiting..
