Im really pi**ed off!!

Ive been working for my company since Oct 2007. Ive work flaming hard on my accounts and have pretty much turnt one around with the help of my team members.

We've just had out payrises and ive been given a massive rise of £193 a year increase. Scuse the sarcasm...

However I just found out my team mate who is in the same team, does the same job, just looks after different accounts. Hes worked here since March 08. And give him his due does work hard. BUT has been given £300 more than me.

Im so angry, ive not done anything for the last hour and to be honest just feel like walking!!

Whats the point?? Ive sat here through my pregnancy which to add hasnt been the easiest of pregnanys and worked my arse off trying not to let my pregnancy get in the way and this is the appreciation i get??

I had a show last thursday was in hospital Thursday and Friday and on Monday I was back at my desk... if thats not dedication I dnt know what is!!

Sorry Im ranting but im so upset!!

What would you guys do??

I'd be peed off too. Infact a similar thing happened to me. Sometimes ignorence is bliss when it comes to payrises and bonus's etc.. I dont think theres a great deal you can do. Just think though.. not much longer and you will be on maternity..

I think you need to ask the powers that be why your pay has been raised by that amount and what would you have had to do to get the higher payrise. Remember that they can't discriminate against you for being pregnant so if anything they say i sbased on something affected by your pregnancy you have a very good case for discrimination. So hopefully if you question them you may get the rise.
