I'm new to all this.

I'm 23. I've just found out I'm pregnant by a home pregnancy test. I'm not going doctors till next week. I've estimated that I'm around 4 to 5 weeks. I've only missed one period. I do have a major concern though. I'm told that pain in your uterus is normal as it expands. But at times it really gets sore so I'm hoping it's all ok.

Hi Hun congrats and welcome
The week I was due af I had really bad cramps however this has reduced dramatically. All symptoms are good Inc cramping as long as there is no red blood all is well xxx

I agree with Sleepy Sue... period style cramping is normal. I still get them at times. As long as there isnt any fresh blood its fine.

Congrats! I didn't know I was pregnant because of my cramps I was just waiting for the blood to come! It was only when my sickness started that it clicked!

Congratulations ! hope u have a happy and healthy 9 months ! i dint get any cramping but alot of girls do and I can only echo what the other girls have said ! but anything ur not sure of, if u have an epu at ur local hospital, give them a call or the midwife! xx

Congratulations.Wishing you a very happy and healthy pregnancy. Don't worry about the uterus pains, I had period like pains in the beginning too and it's prefectly normal as your body changes to accomodate the growing baby xxx
