after a very long wait in hospital i had my little boy Dylan Jack Harris on Tuesday at 12:14pm.
I found out the reason he was still transverse so late in is because there was a knot in the cord and it was also quite tightly wrapped around his neck poor little mite! they sectioned me at 38+3 but that morning said no i should wait till 39 weeks. i fought and fought for them to do it and after a lot of desperate tears they agreed and said afterwards it was a bloody good job that they did as the knot was getting tighter and tighter.
He is so gorgeous! he took straight to the breast and not looked back since
my nipples were absolute agony but after getting hold of spme nipple shields my life is sooo much easier.
section scar very sore still and struggling with extreme exhaustion and lack of sleep but its all worth it.

I havnt got time to have a read but seen a lot of babies have been born so congrats to all,
and hang in there to those still waiting.
