The past couple of days I have had a horrible cold. Normally my colds never last more than a day of sneezing but because I am generally run down and not sleeping enough, it seems to be lingering
It is so difficult looking after a LO whilst feeling like all you want to do is crawl back into bed. When I'm feeding him, I spend the whole time sneezing over his head and making him jump. Also if he's nodding off, I have to run out of the room so I don't wake him up with my sneezing. He has sneezed a couple of times and sounds a bit horse, I'm really hoping he doesn't catch it too as there is nothing I can give him. Is it possible that he is immune to my cold because of the antibodies in my milk?
OH has had the day off today and has been great taking him off my hands for a bit. I'm hoping I feel better tomorrow but does anyone have any tips for getting through the illness and still taking care of a LO properly?
