If I didn't ov will I still get cramps?

Hi,
So period was due 22nd and have nothing yet, I didn't get a positive opk either this month but I'm getting period cramps started really light on 23rd got worse when I woke up this morning then went then been having them off and on all day. I'm not even spotting yet... Did 4 hpt and all BFN. Just getting annoying because I keep getting my hopes up, I have no signs of AF(apart from the cramps)or pregnancy... Will do a hpt again in the morning

Still nothing for me, not even cramps today!! Still a BFN though. I really think i didn't ov which has never happened in 10 years! Mc was in october and i had my period in November I really hope this isnt going to become an issue....

I'm not 100% on this but I've been told before you can have cramps and ewcm and still not ovulate it's just your body being fooled.

When I asked this question, I actually had ewcm, cramps and I temped that month. So I showed my chart to someone and there was no sign of a dip/rise that indicated ovulation for me.

As for your period, it took me two months to settle after my miscarriage, I had 42 day cycles and light scatty AFs for a while.
