Ideas for jazzing up boring pushchairs?

I have recently acquired a mothercare my4 in black, i always said that i wouldn't have a black buggy as their just boring and now ive got one..I do love it but looking at it i now realise theres nothing good about it..No colour!!

Was just wondering if we have any fashion gods out there who know a thing or two about jazzing up something with no appeal whatsoever!..And on a budget too?, i know there are those hood charms around but the ones i find are really girly and ive got a boy! :\..So it'd look a bit weird!

So, what ideas has everyone gone? I thought about just getting a blue cosy toes and a blue parasol but it'd work out too expensive and we cant really afford it :\

Desperate for ideas!!
