ibuprofen + breastfeeding?

Can I take ibuprofen whilst breastfeeding? I have a rotten cold and we're all out of paracetamol

Bit too late now but yeah you can... I was prescribed double strength ones for my back and she knew I was breastfeeding so they must be fine.
