This morning I stepped on my digital scale as I typically do every few days, and didn't realize my Bluetooth was enabled at the time, which then enables the scale to measure my body fat. It does so by sending a tiny electrical pulse through my body. It's the first and only time I've done this while pregnant and now im nervous it's going to harm baby! Had anyone here ever experienced the same thing??

No it's harmless. The pulse only goes from one leg to the other, it doesn't really go through your whole body. The fat percentage you see is only the fat in your legs, the scales aren't able to read the whole body.x
