I NEED to go back to bed

I cant though as have got to look after Hope, the exhaustion has come back with vengance and its worse then before, what can i do to keep me livley, i need to get the house cleaned up but have no energy

When i feel like this I go back to bed for a nap with phoebe, sometimes she settles, other time she doesn't. Might be worth a try.

don't fight it.....go back to bed for a while and take little one with you. The housework will still be there later when you have a bit more energy.

trust me if you fight it you'll only feel worse later

welll cleaning is done, hopes chilling out, gal has gladly leaft me money so i can go do the shopping, i dont mind the shopping though thanks for the hugs ladies.

Is it ok to drink a red bull, lucozade every now and then to boost my energy do you think, as tbh i dont drink tea or coffe

I wouldnt drink red bull as theres a lot of caffeine in it but lucozade contains about as much as a cup of tea so you can have a few of them!!

My doctor actually recommended that I drink lucozade to help ease my sickness.

Yeh lucozade is brill for sickness!
It was actually made as a energy drink for the sick!!

Yep i drunk Lucozade when i was feeling crap at the begining of this pregnancy. also, dont fight the tiredness hun - itll make you feel worse, when i was really bad i would be in bed by 7pm and asleep straight away, do what you need to hun!

And I've just realised I go back to work 2 weeks tomorrow - I'm a teacher
I know I shouldn't grumble as I've had a nice long holiday but I don't know how I'm going to manage!!
