she's the best!

we have been saving up for the highchair we wanted for ruben (the baby dan wooden chair:

and if you read my "pissed off" post you'll know that we had to spend some of the money on a taxi to get home from OH's brother yesterday...

i told my mum, and she just went "well what if i pay half?" she reckons if she lived closer she would be buying ruben little things all the time, but as she's in norway she doesn't get the chance, so she wanted to pay for 1/2 the highchair instead! she's a star! best mummy ever!

so, it's now on order as we got a good deal on ebay for a brand new one!!

i know! this x-mas just gone i told my mum "if i can be 1/2 as good a mum to my children as you have been to me, then i'll be happy" and it sent her off into floods of tears!

she's always put me and my sister first, going without things so we could have what we needed. she is amazing!
