been to put air in the tyres, in the pouring rain, wearing my huge faux fur "rockstar" coat and a big black towel tied up on my head like a turban! with bits of bright pink hair dye dripping out! 
got some FUNNY LOOKS! i did look rather peculiar 
but better i did it then and get it over with while i was waiting for the colour to take rather than in the morning with a demanding toddler in the back seat and perfectly styled hair (it might be raining again). i have the car for the next 2 days as boyf is working away so will be visiting friends the whole time
